Bitdefender EnginesTemp folder and CCE rootkit.hidden.dir

I have Bitdefender Internet Security but for time to time I use COMODO Cleaning Essentials, HitmanPro and Norton Power Eraser to check if everything is ok, today COMODO Cleaning Essentials found rootkit.hidden.dir in C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\EnginesTemp\tmp00001883. Any idea about that?

That is possibly a false positive. Kindly check the file on virustotal.com and share the link here also.

And this is where the problem is, because there is no such file, no such folder and CCE certainly didn't delete it, as I wanted to check it myself in virustotal.

Make sure you have hidden files option disabled

Open run command (windows icon +r) and type C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\EnginesTemp and find that file.

Before doing so, make sure you temporary disable the real time protection in bitdefender

Check to see if you can find the file and upload it on virustotal.
