Extremely slow browser use

When I installed Bit Defender Total Security on my Iphone, the web surfing browser became significantly slower. Any suggestions?

    The first thing to check would be the IOS version. Mobile Security requires minimum iOS 10 to function properly. Then, I would advise to check the internet connection speed as well. Does the slowdown occur on mobile data or wifi or on both?

    Try to reboot the phone and connect to a different network and see if the issue persists.

    Just to add to @Alexandru_BD reply, as per the latest update on Bitdefender website, the operating system should be iOS 12 or later for the proper functioning of Bitdefender product.
