What is the OS on which the vpn is running? Are you using the Premium version? While the vpn is connected, does the problem occur on a specific location or all locations? Are you using the standalone vpn or the one in BMS?
The connection problem occurs only on mobile data or only on wifi or on both? Have you tried multiple networks?
Kindly specify what are the connectivity symptoms encountered.
