Installatie probleem.

Als ik de link in de mail volg kom ik steeds op het scherm met de tekst "Dit abonnement is verlopen op 4 april 2022"

Mijn betaling gedaan en die is geaccepteerd. Ik heb een installatie mail ontvangen maar kennelijk lukt het mij niet.

Ook met de installatie video kom ik niet verder.
