Is anyone able to access Disney plus using this VPN? All I get is black screen.

    The VPN developers have tested this internally and they could not reproduce the issue. Disney+ was previously locked indeed, but they managed to unlock it last month. Try to access the page using another device, but make sure to enable the VPN connection before opening the browser and open Disney + afterwards.

  • Ok, I have a couple of questions:

    How are you are accessing Disney+, do you open it from your browser, app, mobile device, does the page return any error message apart from the blank screen and does the VPN display any notification at all? Do you open the browser and then enable VPN, or did you enable VPN already, before accessing the page?

    Were you able to access Disney+ in the past, or is this your first attempt?

    Kindly share more information with us, so I can tell the developers where to look.

  • I have this issue as well. We can all open the Disney+ intro page that you've screenshotted, it's after you try to log in that it breaks and shows a black screen. The URL also changes to Great Britain region when you log in, regardless of whether you try to use a region specific URL.

    My Process: enable VPN to south korea, open any browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/etc). Open https://www.disneyplus.com/en-kr, get Disney+ subscription page (what you show in your screenshot), press login, URL switches to https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/home, page is black (see my screenshot).

    I think this happens because so far only the U.S. Disney+ library is available with the VPN. Other libraries may not be accessed. The problem is that some websites have implemented a system to detect VPNs and do not load or display errors if the Internet connection is filtered through a VPN. If this is the case, unfortunately the VPN provider may not be able to bypass this.

  • Your current Disney Plus app can have corrupted files and be broken.

    Complete a reset after removing the app from your device (or deleting it). This will guarantee that all present software is removed.

    Reinstall Disney Plus by going to your app store or looking for it in the "apps" category of your Smart TV.

    Launch the app once more and log in after Disney has been downloaded once more.

    If this fails to fix the issue, check what I'd followed to fix this.
