Concerns w/Full sys scan

Device: HP Pavilion 15-cw0075nr

OS: Win 10 21H2

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U w/Radeon Vega 8

HD: 1TB 5400 HDD

RAM: 16GB 2400Mhz

After the last threat update yesterday, I decided to run a full scan on laptop. Scan usually takes ~3hrs with ~2.2M files. I just sat down and this damn thing was still running… 20hrs+ later and had only scanned ~650K files. Color me concerned. HELP

    First, take screenshot of the issue and create a log on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail here (scroll down to the bottom of the page):

    with short description of the issue.

    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.

    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find solution to fix the issue.

    Remember that the screeshot and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding solution.
