BT deleting Bit Torrent program
BT deletes this program. How can I stop this from happening?

Just to add, that i'm currently using uTorrentPro without any problems:
Also, you could disable/turn off the "Scan potentially unwanted application" option in Bitdefender:
BUT, you are doing this at your own risk, because you could become a victim of adware and/or spyware!
