putting on to other devices - problems
Hi - have had Bitdefender since Nov 2020 & should be able to put it onto 2 other devices. Have been unable to do this, despite a few attempts. Now I seem to have a virus on my phone, so am slightly concerned, and annoyed.
I followed the instructions on the home page on my laptop. Got the app on mobiles, but then it just takes me to a page where I've got to pay for the download. Neither of our mobiles show up on the home page.
Would be very grateful for some help! Thanks.

I have tagged bitdefender staff members who will check on your central account to see the number of devices that your current subscription can hold. Once it will be figured out by the bitdefender staff, they will also provide you with a resolution.
@Alexandru_BD, @Mike_BD - kindly check on this !

Hi,
@mrmirakhur reporting for duty 😃
@Confused22 upon checking your Central account, I have noticed that you have an active Bitdefender Antivirus Plus license covering 1 device out of 3 available for protection. There is also a Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android trial, but this has expired, hence the message recommending the purchase of a paid license.
The Antivirus Plus license can only cover devices operating on Windows. Should you require protection for Android devices as well, there are two available options: you can either purchase a separate Mobile Security subscription, or you can upgrade your antivirus to the Total Security suite, that offers complete protection for Windows, MacOS, Android and IOS devices.
As your antivirus license is due to expire next month, I would recommend the upgrade route. In the meantime, considering that you require ugent protection for the Android device, I have extended the trial for you, until the end of June.
Let us know if the mobile device appears protected now.
Best regards
