Problems with content control

Hello! In the company I work for we use bitdefender gravity zone. I have only allowed gsuite access to certain users. But for a few days, users can't log in to their mail, and after changing their policy, they manage to log in. How can this problem be avoided?

    I do apologize for the delayed answer and I'm going to request additional information from your side regarding this gsuite policy situation.

    Can you please let me know how the policy works regarding gsuite? You add it to exception list for users to log in to e-mail or the suite is being blocked but they still log in? Can you walk through the process so I can better understand what is happening?

  • Hello! I block all websites, except gsuite and 3-4 others. Other sites work well, but in gsuite after few days users can't log in their profiles. I need to push general policy for few minutes, they log in and after push the custom policy. I this is for 100 users with this custom policy.

    Thank you for the swift reply and details. In this case i strongly suggest you get in contact with the Enterprise Support Team as this is affecting 100 users and impacting activity and the product should be configured in such a way that you shouldn't modify policies every couple of days. They will request logs, screenshots of the policy from the console and can properly troubleshoot.


    Do keep me up to date with the situation after contacting the Support Team.
