How do you install without paying multiple times?

  • Bitdefender has already charged our account twice and is trying to charge again during installation process. I called and got one fee refunded, in 3 to 5 business days, but we are trying to complete installation and it wants to charge us again!

    Since only Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender account, your Bitdefender Central account and your purchases, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work at Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue.

    You can also PM them with the details of the purchase you already made.

    After checking your account, I have noticed that you have purchased a Total Security subscription and also an Install & Setup service with two separate orders. You have successfully redeemed the activation code for the antivirus, but the Install & Setup service was not used in the process. You have also requested for a refund, but for the antivirus order ID 184879572 instead of the install service. Should you wish to receive a refund for the install service, kindly contact our Commercial Support representatives and specify the order ID 184643201 and request for the cancelation of the refund request for the antivirus, should you wish to keep it.
