I have wrongly purchased the web protection using wrong email account. How to cancel/change the subscription from wrong to the correct/valid email account?

    I would get ahold of support from one of the three options towards the bottom of the webpage.

    I would also suggest trying Chat first, as they are always quick to respond and could stear you in the right direction.

    I would maybe even copy your above post to paste in the chat window when asked, as you worded your question very clearly. Maybe just follow up with what type of protection.

    Your inquiry was indeed escalated to Tier 2 Commercial Support, as account modifications are required. Our colleagues may transfer the license to the correct account. As the license is subscription based, I would also recommend that you cancel the subscription associated with the wrong e-mail address, so that it doesn't renew itself in the future in the wrong account, as this cannot be adjusted from our end. Apple holds primary functions for subscription management.

    On your iPhone, go to your settings menu. At the top of the settings menu, you should see your Apple ID. Open your Apple ID preferences and go to subscriptions. From there, you should be able to cancel the subscription by clicking on it and tapping cancel subscription.
