We are using the trial license to try BitDefender. We use the console to define some policies and generate a package to download.
The following is our OS information (using VM):
Windows Server 2008 R 2 Standard (Service Pack 1)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
System type: 64-bit Operating Syatem
When we want to install Bitdefender and use it, we got some problems.
1: We can see the normal screen.
2: At the end time, BitDefender shows this screen about the error information and appears for twice (I pressed "OK" already).
3: BitDefender shows Installation failed, then it auto closes the window.
4: When we reboot the VM, it shows the Uninstall Screen.
5: We found that the BitDefender was installed, but it cannot be shown in our console (Network):
6: We found that we cannot sync the Windows Server 2008, and it cannot sync with our policy.
7: When we check the Server Manager, we found some problems.
