hi,

i get this error when trying to uninstall Status message: Task failed! [-13] on gravityzone

installations work fine.

any pointers to the issue?

Hello @JoaquimLopes,

My advice at this point is the following:

Uninstall current version of best that is installed up to the error message point
Delete existing installation pack
Create new installation pack
Try again reinstalling Bitdefender after restarting endpoint.

the appliance was restarted and i still get the same error uninstalling on the gravityzone console

but right now i don't have the issue and i didn't change anything, the uninstallation now works fine without any errors.

where can i see the logs on the server for this type of occurrences?

because just Task failed! [-13] its very little information
