i get this error when trying to uninstall  Status message: Task failed! [-13] on gravityzone

installations work fine.

any pointers to the issue?

    My advice at this point is the following:

    • Uninstall current version of best that is installed up to the error message point
    • Delete existing installation pack
    • Create new installation pack
    • Try again reinstalling Bitdefender after restarting endpoint.

    the appliance was restarted and i still get the same error uninstalling on the gravityzone console

    but right now i don't have the issue and i didn't change anything, the uninstallation now works fine without any errors.

    where can i see the logs on the server for this type of occurrences?

    because just Task failed! [-13] its very little information



    the
