Activation code for android will not work.

I just bought Total Security to renew my subscription. The activation worked fine for my three PC's, but will not work on my android phone. Description says for up to 5 devices and across all platforms including Windows and Android. Any thoughts?

Hi @C B and welcome to the forum.

In your Central account on the Dashboard, or your Subscriptions tab, does it show all of your subscriptions are in use, or does it show that you have 2 devices left?

If you still have 2 devices left, have you tried these steps to install Bitdefender on your Android device?

I got it activated. I was trying to enter the activation code through the app. BD support showed my how to activate via BD Central. All is good.
