Bitdefender Free does not start when the smartphone is turned on.

I noticed that the new free version does not start automatically when the smartphone is turned on (no app optimization is set).

After turning on the smartphone if I try to download an antivirus test app (EICAR) it does not recognize it and installs itself regularly.

With previous versions this did not happen. Fix the bug.
