Banking issue on Safepay
I can't log into e-banking using Safepay. On checking Bitdefender Central the following message appears -
"Unmatching certificate. Blocked URL. There was an attempt to establish a connection relying on an unmatched security certificate. We blocked the connection to keep the data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address that the target one."
Can anyone tell me how can I fix this problem?

Hello @JulieW and welcome to the Community!
Do you receive this error message in all browsers or just in Safepay?
Turn OFF Encrypted web scan first. Go to Protection -> Click settings on the Online Threat Prevention module and disable Encrypted web scan. Try to access the page afterwards.
The safest way to move forward would be to have the technical teams check the website and if it's clean, it can be added as an exception for the Online Threat Prevention module. If you are absolutely certain that the e-banking website is safe to use, you can follow the steps below to whitelist it:
1. Click Protection on the navigation menu on the Bitdefender interface.
2. In the Online Threat Prevention pane, click on Settings.
3. Click on Manage exceptions.
4. Click on + Add an Exception.
5. Type in the corresponding field the name of the website or the IP address you want to add to exceptions.
6. Enable the switch next to Online Threat Prevention.
7. Click Save to save the changes and close the window.
Let us know how it goes.

I also cannot access the site via Safepay or Google Chrome. I tried turning off Encrypted web scan and this didn't work.
Can the technical team checked the website for me; Details are below:
If it's clean, do I follow the whielist option?
Many thanks
