My main account had the second authentication factor active, but I lost it, now I can't access my account, is there a solution for this?

In this case, you will need to contact support to help you. From the link, choose Purchase & manage subscription/My Bitdefender central account then from the contact support box, choose one of the three options listed. Chat is very responsive, and may head you in the right direction quicker. Phone support is not toll free.
