How can I close and completely exit Bitfender for a moment, just to move a false positive file? It's imperatif for me to can close Bitdefender as I want !! Kaspersky have button to completly deactivate it for a duration. Bitdefender must have this possibility. ... and don't say that is for securiry ... this is MY choice and liberty to activate / deactivate ... I am assuming risks ... Thanks

Hello @Joey13 and welcome to the Community!
Windows Defender will be disabled during the installation. During the setup, Bitdefender also searches and prompts you to remove any security programs found on the system. Having more than one security solution installed on the same PC will cause slowdown, incompatibility issues, and the normal action of either one of them is not guaranteed. This is why we recommend our customers to remove any other antivirus programs they may use before installing Bitdefender.
However, the said page should not be blank. I would recommend to contact our Support Teams for a more in-depth investigation of the device. You can get in touch with our engineers by choosing one of the contact methods available here:

In regards to false positive files, should such a detection take place, you may use the form located in the article below, to submit the file to the Bitdefender labs for verification:

Bitdefender does not have an option to disable the antivirus at a flick of a switch, however, you may deactivate the security modules one by one, if necessary. Simply follow the steps described in the article below and don't forget to reactivate your protection once you are done:

ⓘ Note
If your Bitdefender product does not include all the features mentioned in the article, only disable the ones available.
