How to reset Bitdefender antivirus password?

I forgot the bitdefender password and now it is asking me password for everything. How do I reset or disable it?

Hello.

Are we talking about the "Password protection" under Settings -> General, which restricts access to Bitdefender settings?

If so, you have only 2 options:

• Uninstall the Bitdefender program using the Uninstall Tool:

It will completely remove the program.

Next, reinstall Bitdefender from your Bitdefender Central account.
