How to get started?

Hi Folks,

I just signed up for Password manager. Is there a document or page showing what the features are and how to use them? I got my passwords loaded but not credit cards and my info for name and address and such.

After checking your account, I have noticed that you also have a Netgear subscription and this is not compatible with the Password Manager. My advice would be to get in touch with our engineers to discuss the available options to move forward. In the event of incompatibility, you can also submit a refund request for the Password Manager subscription.

You may choose to use Bitdefender Password Manger just for situations like writing the PIN down securely. All data is encrypted locally and only you have access to it with the master password. Credit cards are accessible inside the left menu and make the transactions smooth and secure without ever compromising the card security.

Hi Alexandru_BD,

In reading the user doc I found refrence to using bitdefender centeral to activate. But the code I have does not work there. Also the link goes to NetGear not Bitdefender centeral where I get stuck becuase I do not have a net gear account.
