Japan VPN not working?

Have been trying for literally 12 hours but the VPN connection to the Japan server is still not working with the error code of 106, which further information is not available anywhere?

    There has been an outage concerning the Japan server yesterday, however, the issue has been fixed by our VPN teams and the server is now fully operational:
