Getting Rid of " [spam][Bitdefender extortion detection]" in My Message Subject

I'm using Thunderbird and Firefox on my Windows 10 system.

Sometimes I get an email the subject of which looks like this:

" [spam][Bitdefender extortion detection]" Your request...

I would like to bet rid of that part of the subject but cannot find out how to do so. Can somebody please tell me how?
