When attempting to open and read the article/response, cloudflare keeps giving me an Gateway error for bitdefender. I am receiving the same message when attempting to contact support.
Yes, it's a known issue. In a PM this morning @Alexandru_BD mentioned they were doing a little Support server maintenance, tweaking, as I was going through the same thing. Try in a little bit, or with a different browser.

It seems that the VPN code was successfully activated, however, it was later transferred to a different Central account by the Support representatives.
