2FA phone died - unable to access account

Hi folks,

I have a gravity zone (25 desk) account for the charity I work for. My phone died over the weekend and I have lost my 2fa details on it.

I've emailed support but was wondering if anyone has any faster ideas of how to regain access to the account. (its due for renewal quite soon so want to get back in asap)

I don't seem to have downloaded the secrete code unfortunatly.

    With my browser I'm having a bit of an issue at this time. Try contacting Support and if you get past the next option #3, it should be to contact support through the 3 support options listed. There is also an option for iOS for the product you need help with. Chat is very quick and responsive, and may be able to help you more quickly.

    EDIT: I realize that you are with the Enterprise security solution, but If you were not able to get any results with Consumer support option, @Andra_B or @Alexandru_BD may be able to help you or guide you in the right direction.

    Sorry for the late response. Indeed, the instruction provided by Scott are for the consumer product, but thank you @Scott.

    In order to reset the 2FA option, for this type of situation, you need to contact our Enterprise Technical Support Department. They will need a proof of purchase of the product and the email address of the GravityZone account as confirmation to be able to reset the option.
