cannot activate web protection after installing mobile security (total security product) on iphone

basically the title describes the problem

when i try to activate it I get a popup saying I need to purchase it after a trial period. Mobile security installed ok otherwise. VPN works on the iphone also.

After checking your account, I have noticed that your Total Security license protects 10 out of 10 devices available for protection. Are you attempting to use Web protection on an additional device, or an existing device that's already covered by the license?
