VPN Works Fine On Most Wi-Fi's, But Not All. How Do I Fix This?

For connectivity issues, there are a couple of details we need to know, to advise further:
The OS on which the vpn is running, whether the problem occurs on a specific location or all locations, the IP of the affected server, the IP displayed in the VPN interface.
Also, it is important to know if you are using the standalone VPN or VPN in BMS and whether the problem occurs on mobile data as well or only on a specific wifi network. Let us know the app version as well.
Last but not least, do you encounter any error message whenever the connectivity cannot be established?
