Mobile Security For Android Web Protection Permissions

The latest versions of Mobile Security will not allow Web Protection to be enabled unless you let it take full control of your phone. This is something that concerns me and doesn't seem to be necessary. Why was this change implemented?

    It does not take "full control", but indeed needs your permission.
