Bitdefender VPN Not Connecting On iOS, But Connects On Android!

I installed Bitdefender on IOS (iPhone 8+) but returns error code 9.

Have followed all the troubleshooting procedures presented in the guide but all in vain.

Kindly advise on what to do.

Did you uninstall/reinstall the app, as reinstalling the app usually solves the issues?
