How do I mark email as 'Not Spam'

Hello @Stocky and welcome to the Community!

In the event you are receiving regular correspondence from a specific email address that is being marked as spam, you can use the Antispam module to 'whitelist' the address. There's a feature called 'Add Friend' - adds the sender of the selected email to the Friends list. You may need to click OK to acknowledge. You will always receive email messages from this address no matter what they contain. More information regarding the Antispam module is available in the user guide at page 108:

The below .gif depicts the 'Manage spammers' section, where a spammer is added for blocking, but simply click on the 'add friends' option instead:
