Bitdefender Device Count

I’m using Nighthawk w/Bitdefender and have five devices that are eligible for Bitdefender, 2 iPhones, 2 iPods and a MacBook. Armor-Bitdefender was installed on all five units, but, Bitdefender doesn’t recognize the installations and still show five eligible devices. Annoying.

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices and/or your payments/purchases.

So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Since you are using Nighthawk, my recommendation is to contact the Support Teams, as I don't have visibility for Netgear products in order to advise further.
