Can't Connect Bitdefender VPN On Android (Error Code: 12)

Hi,

I can't connect my VPN. 365 days subscription and day 1 can't connect it. I am from Turkmenistan and VPNs are highly blocked here. Was not able to connect on Android device. Please help.
