Problem With Bitdefender On Windows 11

HI all

I recently renewed my bitdefender membership for mobile security and VPN on my computer, now i find that one of the icons that i used to sync with the cloud no longer works. I do not know how to get around this problem, does anyone have any ideas ?

    Can you post a screenshot with the icon you are referring to? I'm not entirely sure I understand the situation.
