The 81% memory usage is calculated for all the apps listed below the bdservicehost process (including bdservicehost). You can do this to see how much bdservicehost is using as a percent:
The CPU usage is at 1% which is normal. In this case, I don't really think that this bdservicehost process is the culprit for the slowdown. You can order the processes by the memory usage (instead of CPU).
