So then, how do you speak to someone in America? The reps can not understand me at all or my issues and one hung up on me. I'm very polite, but that is not polite nor professional. They're great at selling, otherwise tech support is NON-existent. What is the actual phone number for Santa Clarita, but then, I know they're getting outsourced. Note: I've seen the so called toll free numbers for America, so please don't mention them as they are getting rerouted!
