My PC Is Infected By A Trojan Called "novpopen", But Bitdefender Cannot Help. Any Help?

My PC is infected by a Trojan called "novpopen" and this Trojan caused a high cpu usage but Bitdefender cannot defend and help.

The trojan can hide itself when I am triggering a scanning.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

launch an offline scan from Protection tab - Antivirus - Rescue Environment.
