Unable to activate other device in Bitdefender Family Pack.
Hi all
My friend is sharing his slot with me and previously I have install in android phone and everything is working fine. Then my phone needed a factory reset.
- My friend sent me a fresh link for me to install but once installed, it ask me to sign in. See attached picture.
- I have try 3 times of uninstall and reinstall but the situation is still the same.
- My friend said that all his device is working fine and he has not fully utilize the slot in this software.
