Unable to activate other device in Bitdefender Family Pack.

Hi all

My friend is sharing his slot with me and previously I have install in android phone and everything is working fine. Then my phone needed a factory reset.

1. My friend sent me a fresh link for me to install but once installed, it ask me to sign in. See attached picture.
2. I have try 3 times of uninstall and reinstall but the situation is still the same.
3. My friend said that all his device is working fine and he has not fully utilize the slot in this software.
