    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices and/or your payments/purchases.

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

    After checking your account, I have noticed that you have the following active subscriptions:

    • 1x Bitdefender Premium VPN that renewed automatically on November 23, 2022 for 64.79 USD
    • 1x Bitdefender Total Security valid until December 25, 2022 with the next billing expected on December 24 for 94.99 USD. This is the upcoming renewal for the antivirus.
