"Send Feedback" option does link to generic help page
Not sure if this is the right forum to send feedback to Bitdefender about their products.
In PM, I find an option to give feedback ("Feedback senden"). This link brings me to the generic help page for customers with the known FAQ. From a customer perspective, this does not look like feedback is welcome at Bitdefender. Could you have separate menu options for "Help" and "Feedback"?

You are correct, the option to send feedback redirects to the Support Center, where you can also use one of the available contact channels to connect with a Bitdefender representative, or simply provide your feedback by using the contact form. Apart from this, I agree that this option should allow a more accessible way of sharing your feedback with the development teams. Following your observation, I have asked our teams to check this and see if this process can be streamlined.
User feedback is of course encouraged in our community as well and we have a dedicated category here. You may use this page to share your findings and recommendations with us and they will go straight to the relevant teams for analysis.
