Hi, I am new to Bitdefender. When I did a web search with my previous provider, green ticks would come up in search results - how can I activate this in Bitdefender?

It is activated, so still not sure why it isn't working... I use the Firefox browser and I wonder if it has something to do with that (when I go into add-ons in Firefox it says "This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing.", so I am not sure if it is safe.
Also, it is not working in Edge/Bing.
Perhaps I should do a restart and see if that works!
