What is "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization" ?

I've got the following message "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization" only on the "sign-in options" for my windows 10 settings.

I just want to be sure that's nothing to worry about and is Bitdefender's doing?

Also, could anyone explains it what it does/prevent ?

This appears related to the Vulnerability Scan. Most likely, Bitdefender found a vulnerability, as the feature provides a list of the Windows user accounts configured on your device and the level of protection their password provides:

If a vulnerability was found and you have chosen to fix it, based on the antivirus recommendation, Bitdefender made the necessary adjustments in the policy editor and this is the reason behind the message. No further action is required, in my opinion.
