Has The High CPU Usage On Boot Up Been Resolved?

Has the high CPU usage on boot up been resolved? It takes 10 minutes to boot my laptop at the moment. Thanks.

Just did a test on my laptop and here are the results:

Laptop: Asus X551CA

Purchased: April 2014

Specs: Intel Core i3-3217U 1.8GHz, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 4GB DDR3

Hardware change: November 2018, 500GB HDD -> 120GB SATA-III SSD

OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64-bit with the latest updates installed

Bitdefender's Early boot scan is enabled.

Boot time: approximately 30 (thirty) seconds.
