I activated a membership for Bit Defender Central, downloaded the app, and when I click on the app all I get is a white screen. What the hell? What am I doing wrong?

Does Central work as expected wherever you are by visiting https://central.bitdefender.com/ in a web browser?
I would remove the app completely from the device and download again. See if this helps.

I can get to it on a web browser. I have the bitfinder Central app on my Samsung Android phone S21 Ultra Plus. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times and still nothing but a blank screen.
