Why i can't see the notifications although it's marked 25 notifications, and why it takes more time while i'm executing any programe since I installed Bitdefender.

I uninstalled my Bitdefender as advised, then boot th machine. at this moment a pannel to reinstall Bitdefender. It couldn't run but ask
to unstalle iobit fighter, so i did and the install of Bitdefender Total Security + update finished ok.
Now I've to test every thing, but i think would be better.

Why i can't see the notifications although it's marked 25 notifications - please elaborate, are you accessing the notification section, but the information cannot be viewed? If this is indeed a glitch, a fresh reinstall should help.
