My BD Premium VPN Is Running At Only 25% Speed Of My Normal Speed (71Mbps/290Mbps). Is This Normal?

Also, a significant drop has been occasionally noticed, but the engineers established that it only occurs for some users who have extremely high-speed internet. It's work in progress and the VPN teams are going to fix it soon.

Already been in touch with them oreviously and was given the answer below which is why I thought that some others comments might confirm that they are having the same problems and response that I was given
Told me that the system is heavily loaded and that's the way it is !
Just tested again Bitdefender speed - 324mb, Bitdefender with VPN - 55mp (Main Desk Top running Windows10) Similar drop with Android phone.
Am I the only one with this problem?
