It would be a nice add to have an ad blocker that prevents ads on videos and pop ups from appearing from websites on Bitdefender Anti-Tracker - similar to uBlock original.

To be honest, and not to disregard your great idea, but IMO, I would just rather use Adblock Plus, or as you mentioned, uBlock. I've had a couple of instances where webpages weren't loading properly, as well as some members here had posted, and once we disabled Anti-tracker, the webpage loaded properly. Maybe it's improved since then?
And not to diminish the idea of using Anti-tracker, but just remember if you have it enabled and have a webpage issue (other than a BD pop-up warning), try disabling it and refresh the webpage and see if that helps.
