Why Can't I Use The Bitdefender VPN Included With My Basic Subscription?

Try going into your Central account, click on your Subscriptions, on your Premium VPN click the blue Manage button/Manage device allocation, and on the This bundle contains drop-down arrow, uninstall it from the device, restart your PC, and see if you revert to the free, 200 MB a day version.
