Where Is The File Shredder For Apple Mac Products?

I have been using Bitdefender for my PC for years. Now, I also have a Mac and installed BItdefender but there is no File Shredder app. The general advertisement says that this functionality is included but that does not appear to be accurate.

Will Bitdefender release a File Shredder for the Mac?

    Hello.

    Unlike the Windows version of Bitdefender, the MacOS version of Bitdefender doesn't have a File shredder module/option.

    Also, it seems that MacOS has a built-in file shredder:

    The Antivirus for Mac product page does not mention the File Shredder, as this feature is not included for the macOS:

    The File Shredder is mentioned under the Privacy features for the Windows OS (taken from the Internet Security product page). Maybe this is where you saw it advertised:

    As Gjoksi pointed out above, macOS does have a built-in file shredder.
