The Opening Screen Of BD Antivirus For Mac Will Only Scroll By Touchpad - No Scroll Bars. Any Help?

I've restarted my Macbook Air and done a lot of other things but I cannot get the Bitdefender first screen page to scroll and I cannot shrink it either. Can only reach the first six boxes and first three items of the lower section on the left of the screen. The rest is unavailable. Any ideas why. This only happened after I installed Bitdefender on my Mac as a second device under a 5 device licence.

Hi @Grumby,

Can you post a screenshot showing how Bitdefender is displayed on your screen? I would check the resolution first and make a few adjustments to see if the scroll bars come back. If not, then I would also suggest to contact the Support teams for a more in-depth investigation.
