Auto Connect in Windows 11 Problem

I just tested it on two of my Windows 11 Pro 64-bit PCs, a notebook, and a desktop.
VPN auto-connected on both devices, from a restart and also from a shutdown and restart.
You could try uninstalling VPN from your Apps, then going back into your Central account or from the desktop app and reinstalling it.
You should be on v. 25.5.8.57

The autoconnect feature should work as expected, there are no known issues about it. So in the event it doesn't, more information would be required and I would also recommend to get in touch with the Support engineers for further investigation.
